How to Request Data Deletion

If you've used CastNET through Facebook Login and want your data deleted, you have two options:

Option 1: Automatic (via Facebook)

Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find CastNET, and click "Remove." Facebook will automatically notify us to delete your data.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

1. Your name
2. The email address associated with your account
3. Which platforms you connected (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email when your data has been deleted.

What Data We Store

• OAuth tokens — encrypted access tokens for posting to your connected social accounts. Deleted immediately on request.
• Brand profile — your display name, brand colors, and style preferences. Deleted on request.
• Content queue — any pending posts or clips queued for your accounts. Deleted on request.
• Activity logs — timestamps of when content was posted or actions were taken. Anonymized within 30 days of request.

We do not store passwords, payment information, or personal messages.
